Difficulty transferring an Amazon book to your Kindle
If you have difficulty transferring a library book from the Amazon website to your Kindle, we recommend that you deliver it again to your Kindle from your Amazon account. Here are the steps:
- Visit the Amazon website and log into your account.
- Under the drop -down menu Account and lists (at the top of the page), select Manage your content and devices.
- Select Deliver or remove from the device Next to your book.
- To deliver the book: choose the devices to deliver the book, then select Make changes.
If you have already delivered the book, you may first have to remove the book from your device, then have it delivered again. To remove and deliver again: remove the selection from your device, select Make changes, Then follow steps 3 and 4 again to deliver again.
If this does not work, we recommend that you contact Amazon technical support.

- Copy the files to the kindle: click on a kindle disc image. Inside, you’ll see the Folder Named “Documents.”COPY THE FILES OR FILES ONTO IT.
