Following this July 19, the Lenovo store made me three proposals: repair, replacement or reimbursement of the product.
That same day, I answered the refund by email and wanted.
Without return from them, I contacted them on July 29 and it was specified to me that the reimbursement had been issued the day before on July 28.
However, since then, I still have nothing on my bank account.
This weekend, I received a contradictory email informing me of their decision, i.e. computer repair at my expense.

I am frightened to read your comments … I sent a Y540 in repair (screen defect), received at the repair center on 08/27, 1 month day and I have no new ! The call center tries to join the repair center in Germany to find out where the repair is, but they do not respond to emails or such, even when the file is climbed. Lenovo therefore loses the PCs sent in compensation and leaves the customer completely in the vagueness, since this case seems to occur regularly (see comments on the Internet). I started on a fujitsu, very famous but I was tired of waiting for the possible availability of the machine, so I fell back on Lenovo with a few fears. I have an efficient and well -designed machine, offered at a very acceptable price. In particular, the screen, touch and mat, is really appreciable and the machine is very fast (Core i7). The 5 year warranty is offered at an acceptable price. I returned it 4 times (!) to their Medion after -sales service during the warranty period for a recurrent load problem (battery considered as not approved by the system when it was original). A supervisor of the customer support platform finally asked me to send them one last time for destruction. The quality/price ratio is excellent but actually a after -name after -sales service. Cancellation of a command of several machines with touch screen. As we cannot listen to the sound, there are 2 solutions: either the sound is really inevitable (in this case, you must call on your seller’s after -sales service for a repair or a replacement), or it is the helmet which is not enough good quality (in this case, maybe you have to buy another helmet). But in principle, even standard headsets or headphones are correct at the sound level. The best would be to take a test with another helmet or other headphones to see the difference and assert this difference with after -sales service.

After a year and a half, my computer has just released. The hard drive is dead, I have no more guarantee. I called customer service which ended up recognizing that if they were very robust in the professional segment, their consumer products are of poor quality (“low -end” to quote the young man). When a after-sales service admits this, suggesting that your computer is dead and you only have your eyes to cry, it obviously surprises. Without forgetting my reminders on social media with the end of not receiving. I absolutely do not recommend Lenovo if you are individuals, invest a little more otherwise you could end up in my situation. The product, as much as customer service, are disastrous.

For the hard drive, it is not complicated to change (it is dismantled and rising in a few laps under the computer) and it is not very expensive. My computer is guaranteed that a year so I lost all my data and my investment.
I sincerely recommend this brand that I thought of reliable and quality

Hello, I advise you on avoided this brand when everything is fine … But as soon as there is a concern with this brand it is the battle their after -sales service is pitiful … After two months of use, the hinge of my computer is broken so impossible to open or close the screen. So I called on the Lenovo after -sales service in order to request management because the device was necessarily under guaranteed.
The computer therefore left for Lenovo in early December and then radio silence … But after three weeks and by dint of stimulus (email, phone) I finally had an answer from them, there they inform me that the product cannot be guaranteed because it was saying a bad use…. Furious I therefore asked for a repair quote that I waited for more than 15 days (and always with several reminders …)
So result quote of 60 € HT for repair part and labor or 40 € so that it restores me my computer and necessarily payable in advance … So I decided to make the computer repairs and therefore made Regulation on 7/01.
Then again radio silence … After more than three weeks, I have just received an email that informs me that repairs are not possible (parts for repair not available in stock) and that it was going to make a commercial gesture ! So I called the after -sales service again to find out what was the “commercial gesture” and the no answers
We arrived on February 14 and still nothing … We are at mid February it’s been almost 3 months now that I am deprived of my computer, I paid repairs that never happened and obviously I would not be reimbursed and to date I still haven’t my computer ! I no longer know what to do, otherwise you strongly recommend this brand . The facts of this company are limited to the scam !
