I’ve been trying to reset my password for three days. However, it is impossible for me to do it.

My second problem, when I click on “Connection problem”, “Forgotten master password”, “Recover my account”, he tells me that “account recovery is not defined for this email” while C ‘ is the email with which I connect.

The link is expired or not valid. Generate a new link and start again.

I tested on several browser, over the three days, within 2:00 am indicated in the email. Sometimes even when receiving the email. I had to make a dozen reset requests and the links all give the same message.
