Difficult to confront prices with small neighborhood merchants. We therefore compared 22 products from our basket bought from “Leclerc home” with two heavyweights of the cybermarket: the first to arrive (18 years ago) in the sector, Houra.FR, and Ooshop, from the Carrefour group.

Fruits and vegetables and fresh products were ordered on the three platforms and there, no doubt: the Leclerc bill is, by far, the lowest: € 55.56 against € 57.58 ooshop (+ 3.6 %) , and finally € 68.94 for Houra (+ 24.1 %). Leclerc, as Ooshop also allows you to order more easily, with a floor at 50 € against 60 € for Houra. The latter can however take advantage of a richer offer, with 50,000 references. Finally, Ooshop is the cheapest delivery: free from € 100 purchase. Despite everything, when we mix all these ingredients, it is clear that the Leclerc offer is well constructed and cheaper.

Fairly precise delivery times

Depending on the principle of the drive, when the customer orders, it is enough for him to choose the recovery of products on site or in delivery. In this case, delivery should take place between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. In general, at the end of the order, 15 minutes are enough for a request to be accepted by a shopping sensitized to barrier gestures and contactless delivery. “The schedules are quite precise,” says Daniel Gavand. The little extra is that the shoppers registered on the application, on the basis of volunteer, have a commission varying according to the distance and the weight of the order, knowing that we cover a delivery area for 25 km around. »»

If the Yper service does not find a delivery man, the delivery time can be offset, but it rarely happens.
