Canal+ application on LG TV no longer works
Hello the application no longer works on OLED55C8 TV. I was disconnected a few days ago. Since then I try to reconnect that this is with smartphone, PC and the page displaying the code on the TV remains frozen. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled, dux times, nothing to do. On the other hand, it works on all other supports (Nvidia Shield, video projector, Android smartphone).

I made everything successfully resolved this concern by adding a new reception method: by adding a channel reception mode via SFR box. For one reason that I do not know, this modification has enabled the Canal+ application of my LG to function properly (I am talking about the LG Store app and not that of the SFR box that I do not use), Everything now works.

Hello, same problem on LG55C8, the application is blocked on the code and this despite the right authentication on https: // lg.canalplus.com. Tested on several browsers, ditto. Reactivation of rights made, without success. Television unclear electrically for 10 minutes, always the same.

Continuation of the mishap, a level 2 technician did not solve my problem. He made me redo the same manips that I had already done 50 times. He therefore transmitted the incident to another level.
In the meantime, I remembered that I had been disconnected from the Canal+ application the next day when I was connected to the Beta+ application (the mycanal of Beta Testers on LG TV). I reinstalled this application. I connected to the Canal+ app and I entered the code. It did not work. Without waiting I opened the Beta+app, I connected and entered the code and after a few moments, I was again connected to MyCanal. For it to work it would seem that I have to connect at the same time to the Canal+ app and the Beta app+. If I try to connect only to one or the other it does not work.

Hello, After uninstalled the Canal+application, expected 5 days, I reinstalled the application this morning, reactivate the rights, between the code in a private navigation window on Firefox. It still does not work !
