Result, it’s been almost 1 month since I am without any means of payment. In addition, I asked for the unlocking of part of my life insurance and ditto. The sum is well taken from my life insurance but it has been walking in the wild for almost 15 days and still not on my account. Not lost for everyone I think!
Result: you are not the owner of your money, they are the ones who decide whether or not you can have your money!
Too bad for them, they have just lost 3 customers!

Upon entering the Société Générale d’Amiens, I hoped for a courteous welcome, but I was greeted by a look that seemed to say: “You dare to enter my saint of the holy financial ?””

Absolutely catastrophic customer service. No traceability of all the steps you take. They levied me wrongly during the merger I had to fight for more than 6 months to be reimbursed and I did not even have a full refund. Customer service on the phone, it is a little happiness luck or we hang up on the nose or we tell you that you will be recalled in an emergency . But no reminder later. Messages sent to their website which remains unanswered. There are so many negative things to say that it would be too long. Incompetence at any level
Never seen such an incompetent advisor, it was I who found all the solutions to bring my loan to. I finalized the file with them because I didn’t have time. I suffered a scam on my online bank account for a sum of around 350 €, in March, during the merger Banque Tarneaud/ Société Générale . They refuse to reimburse me saying that I had my card in my possession. And never answers to my letters with A/R. But on the other hand, they are the biggest sponsor for the Rugby World Cup . They have money, but for a retiree, nothing. I will change bank

Northern Credit Merge – SG, deplorable
Northern credit client for over 30 years, merger with SG is not a success: product invoicing included in my package and more than 2 months and many messages to be reimbursed, loss of the rebate obtained on my Package, little competent customer managers, request to open a PEL requested 3 months ago and still not carried out, incompetence of certain customer officials, costs above competitors. In short, I will change bank by being forced to keep a deposit account because products are difficult to transfer from one bank to another. In addition the deposit account is paid at SG while it is free in other banks.

Rhône Alpes bank customer for over 10 years with which I had no problem. Unfortunately, since the acquisition of Rhône Alpes Bank by SG, it is a hell!

I highly recommend
I say what’s wrong when it’s not going well but today it is not a negative criticism that I address. I stayed 20 years at Société Générale, a large part of which at the Verpillière agency. Unfortunately, I left Société Générale because at a complicated time in my life and following a change of agency I did not dare to communicate openly with my new advisor. I still bit my fingers ! Deplorable service that does not look like a bank
Since the credit migration from north to SG the service has been deplorable !
No physical appointment possible, does not recall the customer during an appointment. Refusal of a credit for a lower monthly payment than that underway at PSA Finance.
Reason for making an appointment in agency but impossible according to them because service only online or by phone. I will take steps to go as soon as possible !!

Advisers not expert, never answer
I had to take this bank for a credit.
I had 2 agencies and the two frankly are not terrible.
The first in Paris told me to go see on Google to find out which bottom disburse because the 2 advisers did not know …

A high quality person on all points, (I know there are banking agents in the same case). Last week I went to see her for a very important operation, and there a very unhappy client is to make a scandal in the agency and became very aggressive towards my advisor and her two trainees, and there with a calm And an attitude failure she did everything to bring this gentleman back to the reason that did not want to hear anything, given the proportion that it was taking she was forced to appeal to the police. Really disappointed .

I was there for almost 10 years all this past until this summer, a friend my all simply made a transfer of € 300 yes of € 300 that I had to justify by email and of course which was made in the ‘immediate, and nevertheless closed my bank account, overnight they can all just end your account I do not recommend!
