Order and problem without problem

Belgian customer. I made paid delivery. Packages delivered by DPD (delivery managed by Chronopost (very zero them)).

Possibility to pay with Paypal, additional guarantee in the event of a problem.

I remove a star because no possibility of managing its delivery (despite the paid service) the management of delivery is possible in France. I was there during delivery but I totally do not know what would have happened in my absence. I had contacted Chronopost for that but impossible to chat with someone. LEPAPE DELIVERS FUT

does not know how to monitor orders. Do not offer delivery in Belgium if you do not know how to assume. Order placed on 05/21/2023, a delivery man would have come to my house on 01/06/2023 (11 days, more than double the maximum deadline announced). Then the package is returned because supposedly I was not there, no luck I was in the night down and spent the whole day at my place. Impeccable Suito command

1st big purchase online for me with a Home Trainer Suito and an HT carpet for around 800 euros. Delivered in a week, at home and well protected. Nothing to say, impeccable monitoring and attractive price in view of the competition.

Be careful return to your charge !

A large choice of outdoor items and a very fast sending orders.
On the other hand I find it scandalous that in 2023 a merchant site does not offer free feedback.
The return to 9 € for my part put me off and I therefore keep an article which is not exactly my size ..
For this reason I will no longer order on the site and I do not recommend it.

Parcel lost without reimbursement

Order to place a package in early February which was to be delivered to the meeting which is found in the countries of the East now it’s been 1 month since the package is lost and that no reimbursement was made ! Beware I thought he was more serious than that !

Item purchased and paid, but obviously more in stock 10 days after payment. No communication on the subject and zero replacement proposal. Legal ? I have my own answer. Order before 3 p.m., delivery tomorrow. Oops !

I would have noted 5/5 if the watch had been delivered on Saturday 11/06 as was planned.
Ordered the previous day before 3:00 p.m., it is true a few minutes before this hour. But we apply to say it, especially with regard to modern logistics, “the hour is time. Before the time, it’s not time, after the hour it’s no longer the time “. I would have appreciated your services to respect this quote. It’s a shame because I had a long test to do the next day when I was happy to be able to enjoy it.
I had a doubt about the claims of your sales department, attached twice to the phone, in total discrepancy with the information on your site: “Order, it will be delivered to you tomorrow” against “deliveries planned in 3 to 5 days”.
The arrival of the dozens of watches was too recent or the employees to send orders too in a hurry to start their weekend?
The watch was finally delivered on Tuesday 14/06, in fact 3 days late.

Satisfied with the after -sales service

Upon validation of the purchase I was surprised not to receive a parcel follow -up, no estimated date and the site indicates that the order is delivered, no invoice either. Opinions on this site are also quite disturbing. However the after -sales service responded quickly by email and phone to find out about the order state. Delivery has arrived within 5 work. The package was unfortunately damaged on arrival, two rooms were damaged. It is enough for me to report it to the after -sales service (supporting photos) so that they send me new parts in 2 days. The invoice arrived by mail without having to ask it. In short, for my part, customer service largely catches up with the unreasing on the website.

Do not practice reimbursement but do not indicate it

I bought a product in store I didn’t need. When I brought it back, I was told that the refund was impossible. This is their right, however it is not stipulated anywhere, it is only learned when bringing the product back and I find it unacceptable.
I also want to specify that the item was good in its original packaging and had not even been worn.

Return costs (and exchange) payable by the customer

It’s a shame for an e-commerce site not to offer returns costs, especially if it is to order another article instead, it is not a trader and unfortunately it does not encourage to recommend. I will no longer go through lepape for my purchases.

After -sales service refuses the return

Site on which I ordered several times, lately I had to send a pair of commanded shoes that were not compatible with my orthopedic soles (just shot quickly indoors, with the manufacturing label, perfectly packed in the original package).
After returning at my expense, the after -sales service refuses the return claiming some marks under the soles.
I’m not used to systematically sending items when it was discussed in competitors (Alltr. Iru. ekosp. ) I never had any refusal.
Think carefully before engaging in an order on this site, I only see now that several opinions confirm that in the event of a return, the after -sales service allowed itself to refuse parcels despite all the conditions respected.

Order well received and delivered within 48 hours

Following the bad opinion on deliveries and orders I was a little afraid to order on this site. A nice offer on a Garmin Forerunner 945 watch. I called to find out if he had it in stock I was told yes I have to order and I was delivered within 48 hours.
