“My livebox”
The purpose of this page is to inform you about the collection of your personal data by “my livebox” and about the ways they are used by the application.
The “My Livebox” application does not collect any personal data.
User data remains in its terminal.
For the application to work properly, it must keep locally, on the user mobile, the following data:
- User’s first name (or pseudo)
- User preferences: color palette used, use or not of sound
- The texts entered by the user.
The application also retains preferences common to all users: zoom level, support duration, or not use of the expert gesture.
This data is not collected by Orange Maroc.

What differences between livebox ?
Internet
The three Orange Internet offers are available in ADSL and fiber optics (FTTH), but in fiber optics maximum flows vary according to your eligibility and according to the offer:
- Livebox : Max flow in reception of 500 Mbit/s and maximum speed in 500 Mbit/s emission
- Livebox Up : Max flow in reception of 2 GB/s and maximum speed in emission of 600 Mbit/s
- Livebox Max : Max flow in reception of 2 Gb/s and Max flow in emission of 800 Mbit/s
Phone
Livebox offers include unlimited calls to fixed. And Livebox Up and Livebox Max also incorporate calls to mobiles.

Television
Orange now offers the Ultra HD 4K TV decoder in its livebox. It is available for all orange, old and new customers, and whatever the offer you have subscribed.
On the Livebox Up, you benefit from 100 hours of recording included. On the Livebox Max, you can record up to 300 hours of programs, and you benefit in addition to an airbox in 4G with 20 GB included. By subscribing to the offer, you also enjoy free of charge and for 24 months of the replay Max, with access to MyTF1 and 6Play Max.
You can also benefit from a second Ultra HD 4K TV decoder or a TV key on request for subscription to a livebox up or livebox max offer.
V2 TV key
Orange also offers TV key in version 2 for € 3.99 per month, without commitment. If you have the paid option of the second decoder, the TV key sees its price drop to € 0.99 per month. Thus, you can have TV on 3 screens for € 9.98 per month instead of € 8.99 for the additional TV decoder alone.
Orange Cloud
Since the redesign of the October 2018 ranges, Orange no longer provides cloud access for new customers. It is maintained for former customers for the moment.

The new Livebox Max in detail
In April 2022, Orange presented its new high -end internet offer Livebox Max. The latter includes the new Livebox 6 of the operator which offers the WiFi 6e to subscribers (only for the fiber offer – the ADSL offer includes the Livebox 4).
The new Internet box can accommodate up to three WiFi 6 repeaters, is designed with recycled fabric and plastic and has a small touch screen, which makes it possible to reveal the QR code for WiFi.
The Internet offer takes up several characteristics of the Livebox Up offer: 140 TV channels, UHD 4K Decoder, Calls to Fixes and Mobiles from Metropolitan France, Europe, DOM, USA and Canada. In FTTH fiber, it offers a maximum descending flow of 2 GB/s and a maximum amount of cut of 800 Mb/s.
At the moment, the offer is offered at a price of € 37.99 per month per first year, then € 50.99 in ADSL and € 55.99 in fiber.

In addition to what the Livebox Up offers, the offer allows you to take advantage of 3 WiFi 6 repeaters for an optimal wireless internet connection at home, especially since the livebox 6 included in the offer is WiFi 6e compatible.
