European expert in video teleconsultation and digital health, Livi is 300 doctors.
LIVI consultations are refundable according to the rules of health insurance. On Livi, the share reimbursed by health insurance is not billed. We only pay the rest for which all or part will be reimbursed by your mutual.
After fulfilling a quick questionnaire, the patient is received by a Livi doctor in less than 10 minutes. You can also make an appointment with a doctor. The practitioner Livi then assesses his ability to take the patient in video consultation, and if necessary guide to the specialist doctor or the most relevant medical service. After making a diagnosis in consultation, the doctor Livi may possibly prescribe a prescription that will be found in his personal space Livi. The pharmacist will be able to scan this prescription, to provide you with your treatment. In some cases, the video consultation may not have been useful. She will not be billed.
Livi doctors are registered with the French order of doctors. Trained in digital health, they have field expertise and have all their time to carry out teleconsultation.

I came across this application pub and I didn’t really believe it … But given my overloaded timetable my bobology of the day and my emerging anxiety I started. I was dealing with a benevolent, smiling, kind doctor (more than my own attending physician!!), who took me seriously and attentive to me and who knew how to respond to my needs and my questions. It’s amazing I already feel relieved and reassured! Tomorrow direction the pharmacy and I won four hours of waiting for a waiting room without an appointment from my doctor (who had no room for an appointment before three weeks!) I recommend+++

Excellent but
Absent doctor and in the midst of a crisis due to the COVVI-19 I was able to have a VISIO consultation. Obviously and it’s not Livi’s fault, I had to wait longer. Perfect or almost. I did not put 5 stars because I could not obtain a prescription which was essential to me of the doctor very listening but which was not empowered to prescribe a prescription when it is possible. On the other hand I do not understand despite the clear explanations on Livi the operation for reimbursements between Livi and the CPAM or how to obtain a prescription. I had to go through another more serious medical platform in the prescriptions/reimbursements. I should not have advanced any costs for my consultation that I paid, no worries, but I had to call extremely kind customer service elsewhere afterwards and send them the payment receipt and explain all this. I always wait for a concrete answer and the reimbursement, because it is overloaded so longer delay I imagine, I feel like I was misleading just for the non -prescribed prescription and reimbursement but that n ‘is that my personal experience. I will not return by this app for these reasons hoping that Livi takes into account my opinion but I highly recommend it to others despite that, especially now.

After making an appointment at five days later because there is no more room. I inform my business of my absences which will be justified by a medical certificate. The meeting time you arrive I present myself ten minutes before and I’m waiting wisely (I haven’t been sick since you suspect that speed is not their strong) so go this end as quickly as starting the lady at the other end of the line we would have said that she was a robot no sincerity no smile just there for the work. In the end I had no work stoppage or anything else.
