I find myself stuck in front of the hotel without being able to cancel the race except for “accident” (zeros cancellation costs for the driver) for 45min.
Note that a 24/24 support exists for customers, I had to wait 05 p.m. to have an interlocutor and cancel the race.

The biggest joke was when my interlocutor told me that I could not cancel the race because I was not waiting for customers, as if I had forgotten to put myself on hold (this is done automatically basic) to offer free wait to a customer

Anyway Lecab thinks that his drivers are complete ignorant or half volunteers or quite generous to pay a commission at a hotel and Lecab without having been paid for this race, they systematically respond voluntarily next to what they are asked phone or email.

I have thousands of races on other applications, everything is going well, except with Lecab.
