How does breakage and theft insurance work included ?

With Next Mobiles, you save significant money* and are guaranteed to be taken care of immediately in the event of failure, breakage or flight. Just make your online disaster declaration from your customer area (www.Nextmobiles.com. Whatever the claim, Next Mobiles supports it within 24 hours worked: by replacement or by repair.

What is the initial contribution ?

What is the warranty duration of my smartphone ?

All our products are guaranteed for the entire rental period. In case of breakdown or malfunction, you receive a new smartphone within 24 hours.

What is the duration of engagement of the Next Mobile subscription ?

The Next Mobile subscription is without obligation. You can terminate when you wish and return the equipment received. Accessories are not to be returned after 6 months with the same smartphone.

You will have no restitution costs to be paid for any wear and tear due to the normal use of the equipment (light scratches accepted). In the majority of cases, only a breakage undeclared will give rise to non-declared breakage costs.

Is my personal data protected when returning or changing my smartphone ?

When returning the smartphone or when changing the model, we will always invite you to save your personal data, relocate and delete your information from the device.

After receipt, each smartphone is systematically reset with erasure of all data and rehabilitation in factory.

What happens if several samples are rejected by my bank ?

In the case of 2 successive deadlines (2 months of subscription) rejected by your bank, Next Mobiles reserves the right to terminate your subscription contract and invoice the various costs related to these payment defects.
You will have to return the equipment (smartphone + accessories) available to you within 14 days of termination of your contract.
In the event of non-restitution within these deadlines, you will be billed for non-restitution costs, the amount of which is indicated in the document “Non-restitution costs” below: NonxT Mobile Restitution costs.
Note that any unrestricted equipment is considered stolen, which will lead to the trigger of a contentious and judicial procedure whose costs will be borne by the customer. A stolen smartphone can be blocked and will no longer be usable without any possibility of unlocking it.
