The least: – the protective film affixed to the screen was not well centered, which makes it take off in a corner under the effect of the protective shell added a posteriori. It will certainly have to change it. For an option paid 15 €, it’s disappointing. – Contrary to what was indicated at the time of purchase, no SIM card extractor was provided with the phone. It is not problematic when you already have one (much more otherwise), but the commitment is not held. Ideally, the choice should be left to the buyer. – The back of the phone has more pronounced wear marks than what the mention “possible micro-scratch” indicated for the grade “very good condition” suggests. Overall we are completely satisfied with this purchase which has confirmed us in the choice of the reconditioned (for ecological as well as economic). Nevertheless we had opted for the option “Film Hydrogel poses” by tranquility of mind assuming that this brought the guarantee that protection would be applied correctly, it is regrettable that this is not really the case.
