8. Change or cancel your package at any time: Change or cancel your package at any time online. If you decide to cancel your HP Instant Ink package, you can go back to the use of Authentic HP cartridges standard or XL. The subscription to a higher package immediately comes into force. The costs are then applied in accordance with your choice, in a retroactive manner or from the following billing cycle. The subscription to a lower package, as is the termination of your package, comes into force at the end of the last day of the current billing cycle. The Authentic HP Cartridge recycling and recycling program is currently available in more than 60 countries, territories and regions in Asia, Europe and North and South America, as part of the HP Planet Partners program. 11. Refer a friend : The customer will assume all the costs corresponding to the additional pages as well as all the taxes applicable during the free service months. The offer is available in all participating countries, that is to say in all countries where (i) the HP Instant Ink service is available and where (ii) the sponsorship program is activated (program sponsor a friend) , provided that the godfather and the godson are both residents of the country in question. The offer may differ from one country and/or from one date to the other. Participants must be at least 18 years old. 6. Package pages postponed: The postponement makes it possible to include the not used pages for a month in a postponement account to compensate for the excess pages of your monthly package. The balance of postponed pages is limited to a maximum of twice your number of monthly pages on toner plans and three times your monthly number of ink packages. (Example for toner: you can postpone up to 100 pages if you are registered with a 50 -page package. Example for ink: you can postpone up to 300 pages if you are registered with a 100 -page package.))

8. Change or cancel your package anytime: Change or cancel your online package at any time. If you decide to cancel your HP Instant Ink package, you can return to the use of standard HP cartridges or XL. The upgrade of package immediately in force, and the costs are applied according to your choice in a retroactive manner or from the following billing cycle. The transition to a lower package, as well as the cancellation of your package, comes into force at the end of the last day of the current billing cycle. The cancellation of your paper package only affects your paper subscription, however, the cancellation of your ink package automatically leads to the cancellation of your paper subscription. Never run out of paper Depending on the use of the package, the Internet connection to the eligible HP printer, a valid credit/debit card, the email address and the delivery service in your region. HP only follows the pages printed by your Instant Ink printer subscribed to this additional paper service. The paper we send you should only be used for printing purposes. If you use this paper for other purposes than printing on your printer, you run the risk of running out of paper without HP knowing it.
