How long does the system install the device ?

There is no quote to accept. Once the offer has been subscribed, a technician travels to your accommodation to install the surveillance equipment and explain its operation. The meeting lasts about two hours.

How am I assisted in the event of an intrusion ?

In the event of a confirmed intrusion, assistance measures after claim are included in your subscription: re-security of fractured access, and/or guarding your accommodation up to € 800. An operator of the remote monitoring platform informs you and remains at your disposal during the transactions of verification of the intrusion and re-secure.
