After opening your account at the postal bank, you will receive two letters: the first will contain your 10 -digit identifier and the second your single 6 -digit password. For your first connection to the Labanquepostale site.fr, bring from these two information, you will then have to modify your password during this first connection.
If you have not received these letters or you have lost them, two solutions:

  • In your post office: the counter will verify your identity, legal capacity and eligibility before making an online banking codes request (Bel) (reminder of the direct identifier and password reassignment that will be sent by mail).
