The Keynote of September 7 was an opportunity for Apple to present its new iPhone model but also lots of other new features including 3 Apple Watch models and new AirPods Pro. The American firm also announced that its new iOS 16 update will be available for everyone from Monday, September 12.
This year, Apple has 4 models for its new iPhone. Let’s discover their characteristics together below.
All about the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus
First, we find the iPhone 14 (6.1 inch) and its declination with a larger screen size: the iPhone 14 Plus (6.7 inches). Apple therefore relies on grandeur this year and ignores the Mini model (which was present on the iPhone 13).
Regarding the camera, the iPhone 14 has a new main objective which incorporates a larger sensor and a larger opening, which allows you to obtain even brighter photos. The TRUEDEPTH front camera offers better selfies thanks to an automatic focus and greater opening.

Apple presented two models: the iPhone 14 Pro (6.1 inch) and its variation with a larger screen size: the iPhone 14 Pro Max (6.7 inch). The iPhone 14 Pro was on the front of the scene during the Keynote because Apple has developed many new features for its high -end model !

Apple’s new iPhone 14 range was presented on Wednesday at Apple’s “Far Out” event, highlighting new cameras for the whole range, an iPhone 14 more larger and a redesigned notch ( also known as Dynamic Island) for the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.
The range will also be the first not to provide a physical location for SIM card on its American models. Apple has opted for the ESIM card, which will have to be activated with a mobile operator. It will also be the first range of iPhone to include satellite communication for emergency calls when the cell service is not available.
If several of these new features will be present throughout the range, there are a number of differences (and price) for each model. We have gathered them in the characteristics table below so that you can compare directly what is available in each of the four new iPhone 14 models.
The new range of iPhone was not the only novelty presented by Apple during its “Far Out” event. The apple firm also launched three new Apple Watch models: the Apple Watch SE 2022 from € 299, the Apple Watch Series 8 from € 499 and the Apple Watch Ultra from € 999. The AirPods Pro have also been updated in 2022. Apple claims that they will have a battery with greater autonomy and a better active noise reduction for a price of € 299.
