I can’t install my livebox in the electrical panel (or technical sheath) in recent accommodation ?

In recent accommodation, the Livebox must be connected to the electrical panel or the technical sheath near the fiber socket.

If you want to connect your Livebox out of the electrical panel, you can get a free 5, 10 or 15m fiber optic cable.

To do this, make the request from a seller in store, in customer service at 3900 or by SMS to your specialist advisor moving.

What should I do if the Internet (fiber or ADSL/VDSL2) is damaged in my new accommodation or if I want to move it ?

• If the internet taking of your accommodation is damaged, Contact Customer Service, a seller in store or send an SMS to your Specialist Advisor Moving.
• If you want to move your socket, You will have to involve a technician. The service is paid for the technician’s movement and the wiring.

How to avoid invoicing for non-return of equipment ?
