- In the event of non-compliance with the reasonable use policy (as defined in the EU 2016/2286 execution regulations), Bouygues Telecom may apply additional costs to you:
• Voices: 0.0264 €/minute TTC
• Data: 0.0021 €/MB TTC - Certain numbers including added values services, may cause additional costs. The numbers concerned and their prices are available by country on the Berec website.
- In countries where the regulations apply, you benefit from the same quality of roaming service. However, this quality of service depends on the technologies and frequencies available on the reception network, but also on the state of mobile deployment in the country visited
*In the event of voice and/or data consumption and a higher presence in the Member State visited than in mainland France, for a period of 4 consecutive months and 15 days after a formal notice remained unsuccessful.
