How to use voicemail

  1. Proceed in one of the following ways:
    • Slide the status bar down, then press
    • You can also press and press prolongedly on
  2. Once connected, follow the instructions to manage your messages and your voice box.

Call voicemail

You don’t have to worry about missing important calls. If a person calls you and you cannot answer their call, they can leave you a voice message. You see a red badge counter let you know how many messages you have. You can then consult your voicemail directly in the application.

Configure your pine

Depending on the call service you have installed with it, you can demand a PIN code to access your voice messages or your features, such as creating a personalized reception message, sending a message and more. The way you go on the configuration of your PIN code depends on your call service:

Call voicemail

Contact your operator to get help on:

  • Recover or reset your password/Voice messaging PIN code
  • Message rereading
  • Recording, transfer or deleting messages
  • The response to or sending voice messages
  • The modification of the number of ringtones before the transfer of the call to voicemail
  • The modification of the reception message or the recorded name
  • The modification of notification options
  • The modification of the language of the mailbox

Define the reception message of the Vocal Box

To define your reception message:

  1. Press on >
  2. Lean on To access your voicemail.
  3. Follow your operator’s system instructions. If your voicemail is not configured, contact your operator to get help.

Modify voicemail options

  1. Press on >> Settings . (If Do not appear, slide the screen down.))
  2. Press your voicemail
  3. Press Advanced Settings
  4. Change the options of your choice:
    • To change your voicemail service to go from the service of your operator to another service or another application, press service
    • To modify the number to deal with your voicemail, press Configuration

Listen to vocal messaging

If you have configured voicemail, appears in the status bar when a new voice message arrives.

  1. Perform one of the following tasks:
    • Slide the status bar down, then press
    • Or press , Then press unrealing on 1.
  2. Once connected, follow your operator’s system instructions.

If you listen to a new message and disconnect from voicemail without saving or deleting it, the icon will always appear in the bar.

Manage your mailbox

  1. Proceed in one of the following ways:

  2. Once connected, follow the instructions to manage your messages and your voice box.

Solve a problem

If stays in your status bar when you have listened to your voice messages, try the following solutions

First of all, force the application stop:

  1. Press prolongedly on
  2. Press on
  3. Press to force the stop .
    This operation restarts the application and should delete the notification.

If that doesn’t change anything:

  1. Call yourself from another phone and leave a short message.
  2. Access your voicemail and delete this message, but wait before hanging up that the notification icon has disappeared from your state bar.
