There vocal messaging 888 is a service to save the messages that your correspondents have left you. All Orange Mobile customers benefit from the service accessible 48 hours after subscription of your package.

Vocal messaging 888 gives your correspondents the possibility to leave you a message when your mobile is off, busy, excluding network coverage zone or after a period of time of 20 seconds without response. Here is a presentation of the service, the menu and the main options.

Presentation

To consult the vocal messaging 888, simply compose the 888 where the 06 08 08 08 08. The service is also accessible from the web, in mainland France and in certain foreign countries.

• “Simple” voicemail.
• Voice messaging for the twin card option.
• Voicemail + fax for the fax messaging option (for customers having a fax line).
• Voicemail + fax for the mobile office option.
• A messaging with an option filtering of calls for conventional customers, professional customers and intense customers.

• Consulting your voice messages, making up the 1.
• Personalization of your reception ad, by making up the 2.
• The modification of your secret code, by dialing the 3.
• The possibility of submitting a voice message without ringing the mobile of your correspondent, composing 4.
• Printing your faxes, by dialing 7 (for customers having a fax line).
• Help, service assistance, tapping 0.

The options

By typing 3 on your mobile, go to the different options of vocal messaging 888

• To modify or collect your secret code, type 1.
• To activate or use the voice command, do the 2.
• To activate message reviews, number 3.
• To get to know information relating to visual voicemail, make up 4.
• To access the REVIVE and MEMO services, type on 5.
• For the direct voice message deposit, number on 6.
• To manage the fax, do the 7th.
• In order to return to the previous menu, compose *.

The voicemail option by SMS

In addition to the voice message received and available via 888, you can also receive a transcription in writing (1) of this message, by SMS. To do this, you must subscribe to the voicemail option by SMS (2). Learn more (link to the option of the option)
