I passed the thirties’ course, not so long ago. And at 30, we take stock: I wanted to find time for myself, apart from a weight room, while continuing to take care of my body. Spend 1:30 am in a weight room after work, 4 times a week, to go home around 9 p.m ! I quickly got tired. I felt like I spent my time between work and sport. I like to feel difficult to get to the end of my session. Seeing the result is largely what motivates me and allows me to feel so well to continue. I sometimes be really tired, suddenly, I forget the focus and I only do my session what is enough for me. Conversely, if I am in great shape, I sometimes make a focus during my rest day. I never deprive myself of a little sports session when I am motivated. This is also the big plus Fizzup: being able to adapt the content of his program to his schedule and his physical condition of the day.

For 6 months that I have been practicing Fizzup, I have felt a clear improvement in my flexibility and my breathing during the effort. This is exactly what I was looking for. Very quickly, the body takes shape harmoniously. In any case, much faster than I thought at the start ! I sometimes go hiking and in my region, everything is very hilly so you have to have a good breathing so as not to run out of steam too quickly in the climbs. With Fizzup, now I just have to focus on the landscape.

I had another problem with bodybuilding: I often woke up with joint pain and a big back pain. The more we progress, the more weight we put, it is not necessarily the best solution. I injured my joints and sometimes positioned myself badly, which caused back pain. I think it was time for me to find another alternative. With Fizzup, there are always aches, but I feel that they are muscular and that they remain light thanks to stretching movements*.

Thanks to Fizzup I learned something essential. Until now, I was training myself, I was doing my exercises without any applications, I went to the room 3 times a week and each session I stayed at least 2 hours. It took me a lot of time and energy to ultimately have a mixed result. Indeed this rhythm can be effective if your goal is to lose weight by making a lot of cardio. I myself lost almost 10 kilos by following this rhythm. However, if your objective is oriented muscle strengthening (as is my case today), it is a fundamental work that requires training regular. Thanks to Fizzup, I now train almost every day (or even every 2 days) preceded by a session of 15/30 minutes of warm -up on Elliptical Velos at Neoness. Each session lasts on average 30 minutes!
