Most of the mobile telephony on your wrist ! Opt for new uses thanks to your connected watch.

Who can benefit ?

All SFR and Red subscribers having:

  • An offer with unlimited calls/SMS without bonus and a minimum of 500 MB (RED customers) or 1 GB (SFR customers) of the Internet Mobile,
  • a Apple Watch (Series 3 A1889 and A1891, Series 4 A2007 and A2008, Serie 5, Serie 6, SE, Serie 7, Serie 8 or Ultra) with cellular connectivity and a Iphone 6 or subsequent versions under iOS 12 or more recent version,
  • Or a Samsung Galaxy Watch 4G with cellular connectivity (Watch Active 2 4G, Watch 3 4G, Watch 5 4G, Watch 5 Pro 4G or Watch 6 4G) and a Samsung smartphone below Android 5.0 or more recent version with a minimum of 1.5 GB of RAM.

The SFR connected watch option is incompatible with:

  • Business offers – SFR Business,
  • the option “Blocking overwhelmed calls”,
  • the option “Call routing”.

Some features are unavailable on the Samsung Galaxy Watch.

What are the advantages ?

Thanks to the connected watch option and ESIM SFR, widen your field of possibilities.

  • Your smartphone and your connected watch share the same phone number. As soon as the ESIM service is activated on your connected watch, you can make or receive calls on your Apple Watch or your Galaxy Watch, even when you are far from your mobile phone.
  • Connect several watches. You can connect up to 3 connected watches (Apple Watch or Samsung Galaxy Watch) on your main line. This requires subscribing to a connected watch option for each watches.

How much does it cost ?

The connected watch option, without engagement, is offered at the price of € 5 per month to which are added Commissioning fees of € 10. The commissioning costs will appear on your invoice of the month following your subscription.

All calls made, the messages sent and/or the data consumed (mobile internet) via your connected watch will be deducted from the uses included in your package.

Before subscribing the connected watch offer, enter your contact and rescue emails on your SFR customer area.

You have an iPhone and an Apple Watch:

  • If you don’t have the Watch application on your iPhone, download it to your mobile, install it, then open it,
  • Proceed with the twinning of your Apple Watch with your iPhone,
  • Then touch the tab My watch Watch app to configure cellular data,
  • Then follow the steps below.

01. Open the Watch application and activate your cell package

02. Find out your SFR mobile identifiers, then click on “Connect”

03. Click on the Continue button

04. Subscribe the SFR Connected Watch Option

05. Validate ESIM’s command for your connected watch

You have an Android smartphone and a Galaxy Watch:

  • If you do not have the Samsung Wearable (WEAR) application on your Samsung smartphone, download it and install it your mobile,

  • Open the Samsung Weareable app to activate the 4G network on your Galaxy Watch,
  • Then follow the steps below.

What is an esim ?

Connected watches have an ESIM. The term esim means Embedded Sim or integrated SIM card. This is the most recent format of SIM card directly integrated inside a compatible device. With ESIM, no need to change SIM card manually, the profile generated by your operator can be changed in a few clicks from your smartphone.

Can I send messages with my connected watch ?

You have the possibility of sending and receiving messages via your Apple or Samsung connected watch.

What are the services incompatible with the Apple Watch and the Samsung Galaxy Watch ?

Your connected watch is incompatible with the following SFR options:

  • Reference of calls
  • Blocking of surcharged numbers (Hamon law)

If you have activated the Option Blocking of Surchanted numbers, You will not be able to subscribe to the connected watch option.

If you have subscribed to the connected watch option, Activating the option Blocking overcharged numbers will automatically deactivate the connected watch option.

How am I billed when I make calls, send messages, use the Internet ?

Upon activation, your connected watch is automatically connected to your mobile line. Therefore, you have a single phone number and all your voice, messages, mobile internet made are charged identically, whether made on your phone or connected watch. You will receive only one invoice summarizing all the uses made each month.

What happens when I am abroad ?

Your smartphone works normally when you go abroad. On the other hand, your connected watch will not work in cellular mode.

You can nevertheless continue to make and receive calls, send and receive text messages by connecting to a WiFi network or by activating Bluetooth.

How to change my watch while keeping the connected watch option ?

For any change of watch:

1. Appaire your new connected watch with your smartphone.

2. Then subscribe to the SFR connected watch option via the Watch application of your smartphone.

3. Then go to your SFR customer area. In the list of options, you will then see the 2 options corresponding to the 2 watches (according to the subscription order).

4. Take the option attached to your old connected watch. The termination is immediate. You will not pay the option twice in the month.

What if I want to give/resell my connected watch ?

If you want to sell, yield or exchange your Apple Watch or Galaxy Watch to a third party, you must:

  • Refit your connected watch option on your SFR customer area,
  • Refit the cell package from your Watch or Samsung Wearable application,
  • Reset your connected watch in order to delete your personal information from the device.

When you erase the content and your personal settings, all the data of the connected watch will then be deleted, including the bank details recorded in Apple Pay, your photos, contacts, messages and other services.

How to terminate the connected watch option ?

At any time, you can terminate commercially option:

  • From your SFR customer area
  • via the SFR & me application,
  • by contacting a SFR customer service advisor.

To note. The termination of the option will automatically delete the secondary line: you will no longer be able to operate your watch in cellular mode.

If you wish to carry out a complete termination and reset, it is also recommended to:

  • Refit the cell package from your Watch application (my watch menu> Cellular package> SFR) or Samsung Wearable (Home menu> Mobile networks> Deletion of the SFR network),
  • Reset your connected watch to delete your personal information.

How to download an application or games on my Apple Watch ?

To add a new app to your Apple Watch, download it before your iPhone. The application will be automatically added to the Apple Watch.

To indicate whether or not the application must appear on the Apple Watch:

  • Slide the iPhone to the left of the home screen then select the application,
  • Scroll until the desired application,
  • select “View app for Apple Watch”.

Can I use my Apple Watch when my smartphone is off or unloaded ?

You can continue to make or receive calls on your Apple Watch if your iPhone is off or unloaded. However, your phone must be on to send and receive text messages.

What to do in the event of a breakdown of my Apple Watch or Galaxy Watch watch purchased from SFR ?

If you have bought your cell watch in an SFR store or on the site www.SFR.fr, go to SFR store.

For any request for care (exchange, repair), an advisor in the store will proceed necessarily has :
