Multi-SIM option possible

I want to add a multi sim option to my subscription, however on ‘customer area – offers and options – Add an option – mobile surf’ I do not see this option, there are only 4 options instead of the 7 shown on your print Screen.

The Multi-Sim Calls & Internet option

Hello, the multi-Sim calls & internet option is not compatible with the 4G voice (volte) and Wi-Fi calls (Vowifi), does this concern the two SIM cards or just the second SIM card in Option at 5 euros ?

I did not find any answers, if someone can answer it would be nice, thank you !

If I understood correctly, you want to subscribe to a multisim calls & internet (physical SIM) from your current mobile line?
In this case, I confirm that neither your mobile line nor the multisim will be able to have volte and vowif.

If you subscribe to an A&I mlultisim with your line, the 2 SIM (main & multisim) will be deprived of Vowif and Volte.

Okay, thank you for your answer, so if I understood correctly you have to take the multi-Sim Internet option to keep WiFi calls? In fact I have a 4G router and a double SIM iPhone, suddenly I wanted to receive calls on both because my box allows me, but Apple advises to activate wifi calls to manage the dual SIM call from sound terminal. If I take the internet multi-Sim I won’t have calls on the 4G box?
