What to do if I
lose my device ?

Access the “SmartTHings Find” website and search or lock your device and save your data.

Locate my smartphone

You can follow the approximate location and the route of your lost device.
If you have activated send the last known position in the Find My Mobile settings, it will send the last location of your device to the server before it goes out, to help you locate it.

Unlock your smartphone,
Even if you forgot your password

Even if you forgot the screen locking code of your device
(eg. PIN code, password, pattern, fingerprints and iris), you no longer have to worry.
You can reset the screen lock remotely from the SmartThings Find website.

offline devices

Once the offline search is activated, your galaxy is detectable as long as it is turned on, even when the mobile data is disconnected. Other Galaxy devices will participate in the search for your galaxy as “research network”, by sending signals to the server that shares the location of your lost phone. Activate offline search and you are in good hands in case a device is lost.

Locate your Galaxy Buds, Smarttag and Watch on the SmartThings Find website and control these devices remotely. Activate offline search to record your mobile or tablet as “search network”: you will easily find your Galaxy Buds, Smarttag and Watch if you are losing them.
