You want to repair your phone but do not have time to go to the store or live too far from an approved repair center ? Use the Smart Repair service !
To do this, make an online request by following these steps:
1. Click on “Request repair” and add your products to your personal space.
2. Click on “Need help” to the right of your product then on “get help” at the bottom of the page.
3. In the “Assistance/support” section choose “Sending in repair”, in order to make the request.
4. Once your quote is validated, prepare your device for repair: remove the accessories, save your data, delete your Google and Samsung accounts then deactivate your locking method.
5. Expected your device using the transport voucher received by e-mail by depositing your package in a post office.
6. Recover your device. The repair lasts on average 3 working days after receiving the package by our services.

The devices eligible for this service are only the models imported by the Samsung group in the territory of the EEA and Switzerland.
We will examine your device to check its eligibility for the requested repair.
This service is available in mainland France (including Corsica).

Duration of the repair
You will recover your functional device within 3 working days approximately – from the reception of the product by our experts. This period does not include time between sending your package and receiving it in our repair center.
Prepare your device for repair
Before putting your device back to our experts, follow the following steps:
1. Make a backup of your data with the Smart Switch application or via other solutions such as Samsung Cloud.
2. Delete your Google and Samsung accounts from the device.
3. Make sure all the locks are disabled before entrusting us with your device to repair: Settings> Lock screen> Unlocking mode> None. With an activated lock, it will be impossible for us to repair your device, because the locking prevents us from accessing the device to open the parameters and the test menus.
4. Do only your phone and its original accessories (charger and data cable). Keep your SIM card, memory card and protective shell with you.

Smart Repair
1. Make your request for repair online via Smart Repair-Portal.¹ A Samsung account is necessary to record the repair service.
2. Back up your device data using Smart Switch. Deletes the Samsung or Google accounts from your device and reset it to factory settings (Settings> Global management> Reset).
3. Remove accessories (cover, protective window) and keep them at home.
4. Protect your device for transport and stick the label to the package for sending by post. You can also bring it to a service center.
5. Receive your device repaired within 5 working days.²

Bring-in Service
Many dysfunctions can be resolved in no time in our repair centers.
Find the Samsung center closest to you and bring your device.
If none is nearby, place it with your dealer who will take it to send it to us.
Before any repair
Before you give us your smartphone or tablet, think about saving your data with Smart Switch.

Repair costs
