Samsung Customer Account

To create your account on the Samsung shop, go to the “connection” tab at the top right of the site then click on “Register here” at the bottom right of the pop-up. Enter your email address, which becomes your identifier, as well as the other information required in the appropriate fields.

Changing your password or billing information is very simple.
Go to my orders and enter your identifier, which corresponds to the email address of your Samsung account and password account. Once connected, you can view and modify your personal information from the “Profile” tab.

When you click on “Connection”, select “E-mail or forgotten password” then follow the indications and inform the ID which was used for the creation of your account. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter via your Samsung Account. Connect to your Samsung Account account by clicking “Connection” then click on the “Profile” menu. You will find a “unsubscribe” button. You can also click on the unsubscribe link present in all our emails.
