A SHAME ! I have been SFR customers since 2016, and I don’t even know why I stay. I pay a 30th price for only 10giga of the Internet (which offers this kind of package already ??)). I have a commitment until February 2023. I called customer service a few days ago to see if it was possible to do something, because I found my package really expensive. I was then advised to change the package and take a non -binding package at 25th with + Giga, but for that it was necessary to pay 30 euros directly. I said to myself “well it’s already better than nothing”. In the end I realize that I am still engaged until February 2023. I don’t understand why I paid 30th ? And why was I sold something to do with me . I just called the termination service, which has no solution to give me. It’s silence, nothingness. Hat distributed level ! Very bad fiber sfr

Since July 2023, operator offering a box 7 with an operating defect of intermittent WiFi preventing any connection to the domestic network: no television no connection for children’s computers for their homework etc

Phone cut

Customer service to vomit, incompetent.

I am not at SFR but at Orange but despite that he still manages to disconnect at the level of the cabinet.
