The operating principle and the conditions may seem complicated but SFR Family is very advantageous. We take stock for everything to be clear.
Conditions
- Have subscribed to an SFR box offer with a commitment from 09/09/2015
- Have a main lineSFR Power or SFR Premium
- Subscribe between one to three secondary lines Starter (excluding 3GB) from 04/26/2016
When these conditions are met, the advantages SFR Family are activated:
SFR Family advantages
- 100 GB bonus to share : The main line has 100 GB in addition to the volume included in its offer (10, 50 or unlimited). These 100 GBs are attributable to the STARTER LINES subscribed.
- Shared content : The options included in the Power or Premium main package are accessible by the Starter lines. Depending on the offer, this can include SFR Sport, SFR Play, SFR News, Altice Studio or Bein Sports for example.
- Parental control : Umbling of apps and time slots allowed for mobile Internet, disconnection in one click from the app.
- Package mastery : To activate in one click a blocking option, a prohibition of surcharged calls/SMS or abroad

The main line holder can manage and configure the different lines from the my account application or from his customer area.
Compatible with multi-pack discounts
The SFR Family advantages are cumulative with SFR multi -pack discounts valid on the mobile plans for the subscriptions of a box offer and at least a SFR mobile package:

Bjr I have 4 line in sharing 100 GB SFR I would like to know if I can remove one of C 4 line while keeping it, and putting an existing 5 line already to allow this one to benefit from the family sharing thank you for your response

Voice information is too technical and too fast for me.
As for the written explanations, they are not concise, despite the consultation of several SFR sites.
I do not wish any estimate of gigas. My phone is only used to call, basic function but hub.
I receive many reminders on my mobile to take advantage of the family offer and its advantages.For the moment, it is rather a headache and I prefer to give it up.
What is well conceived, clearly states.
Thank you to telephone operators whose working conditions and precariousness we imagine.
I will now try to access the Bouquet-Films offer because I have been a client for 18 years.
Why not change?The agreement between operators is such that there is no competitiveness.

Hello Martine.
I do not know if you are in the same situation as me, but I thought that sharing was done via the box ! Excluding sharing is only carried out by subscription of a main laptop to give gigas to other shared laptops.
With this subscription and the box we become family and a reduction on other laptops is made. I have 4 euros less.
But that’s not what I wanted (I thought that Giga sharing was from box to a laptop).
So on the anniversary date I delete my subscription.
If I was able to enlighten you on your situation …

I cannot share gigas with my grandchildren who are both at SFR and are on my account .
I saw on television that it was very simple but on the contrary it is very complicated !

To access the SFR Family offer! , You must create your Multi-Packs group: go to your customer area, go to the “Offer & Options” section then click on “Create your Multi-Packs group”.

I choose my sharing frequency
- Recurring sharing clicking on “Modify the monthly distribution” : You apply each month, automatically, a certain distribution, which determines the amount of gigas you allocate to the other lines of your group. The sharing of gigas can be changed until the eve of the renewal of your package. The consideration is made on the day of the renewal of the packages of the lines concerned.
- Punctual sharing clicking on “Share immediately” : you can choose to immediately share the entirety or part of your gigas. They can be used immediately, and until the line’s package was renewed which benefited from it.
- Click on ” Share “.
- Select the number of gigas you want to assign each line every month and click on ” To validate “.
The gigas can be transferred by 1 GB, 2 GB, 3 GB slices,…

- If you resound the main line, the other lines of the group lose the gigas that were shared on them on the date of their package renewal.
- If you decide to intervene the main line with another line (10GB 4G+ or more, Power or Premium) of the group, this change is instantaneous: the new main line can immediately share its mobile internet.
- The other lines of the group – the non -main lines – cannot share their gigas between them, nor with the main line.

- Connect to your SFR customer area.
- Choose the section SFR Family (in the menu on the left of your screen) to access the gigas sharing page.
- Click on ” IN EUROPE “.
- Select “Punctually share”. Recurring transfer is not possible for this type of mobile internet gigas.
- Enter the number of UE/DOM Gigas to be transferred (minimum 1 GB) and the beneficiary. Then click on “Validate sharing”.
Tips & Tips
We must distinguish the Gigas usable in France from those usable in the European Union (EU) and in the overseas departments (DOM).
If one of the lines of your group has a 2 -hour 100MB or starter package with blocking option, it will not be able to receive the EU/DOM gigas since this type of package cannot access the Internet outside Metropolitan France.
