La Nautic was announced in 1967 for the 100th anniversary of the French brand Lip. But it was not until 1968 to see the production. The Sistem51 are assembled in the factory by precise and fast robots respecting 170 stages, which allows it to offer it at competitive prices. Despite the fact that the “traditional” side is not too there because the robots go out no less than 6 watches per minute, which caught our attention on this watch is its peripheral oscillating mass.

In general the oscillating mass which allows the supply of energy to movement when the arm moves on an automatic watch is located in the center of the movement. The peripheral oscillating mass will be fixed around the movement and revolves around it with a ball bearings system !
