Deplorable after -sales service, be on your purchase
On December 22, 2020, be sure of yourself during this purchase, and remember that to extend the guarantee, it must be said of these seats on social networks, such is the only reason for notes so high for seats of a Good quality of course, but not more comfortable than a goal seat at 80 €.The right of withdrawal ? Forget it, it is impossible to use it since the after-sales service will make you turn in a watery until the expiration of your delay without ever giving you the address of return. They also ask for a return to their box, but as an individual, you will not be able to return this seat over 30 kg.Prefer an ergonomic armchair with a curved folder rather than this flat folder with such a thick cushion that it will put you back in infamous back to make you cry at night. Notice to draw attention to a after -sales service not in terms of their product
On November 4, 2020 I ordered this product at the end of June, received it in late July, could not assemble until early October and subsistence defects. Explanations: Products delivered with defects on the foot of the chair, peeled painting on two branches of the foot holes in the fabric of one of the lateral lights in the backrest and large fattening defects of the teeth of the two closings in many points. Immediately informed the after -sales service validates the defects in manufacturing, photos and video at the support, but I do not receive the new parts at the beginning of October after numerous revival. Foot received nickel, but the file presents the same fattening defects of the two side flash closings. Despite this after more than two months of waiting, I decided to set it up and open a new ticket to the after -sales service, which all the same, after a few weeks of silence and a few tweet on my part to ask for Another user if he had this kind of defect, had an answer. The worst customer service I have ever seen for one of the most expensive purchases I have ever made
On February 17, 2023 on November 30, 2022, I ordered a Titan Evo 2022. I had saved for a secretlab chair throughout the year, I was in love with the aesthetics of the chair. I really thought I was going to love this chair.I received it on December 8. I was very surprised to see that the box was damaged under the secretlab tape, fearing to have received a returned product. But I dismissed this thought, thinking that it was not very likely for a product of this price. After unpacking it, however, I was very disappointed to see a lot of defects on embroidery, which in my opinion is not correct for a chair at € 554. I also had a problem with the tilt system, but I managed to make it work. I contacted customer service. I spoke to different agents. After many round trips with them, on January 3, 2023, about a month later, which is already very long, I received a replacement file. After unpacking it, I was happy to see that the embroidery was correct this time. But while I was about to exchange the files, I noticed that one of the M8 screws on the right of the new file was completely pierced with the. I had a lot of trouble assembling it. And when I finally succeeded, the inclination system no longer worked. He was frequently blocked, I could feel him move in a jerky way, when he did not stop simply halfway before returning violently in place. Ditto for the lever.
