What is accidental damage ?

Accidental damage is considered to be unforeseen and unintentional physical damage which occurs due to handling errors, external events or involving liquids in a defined location and an hour, which prevent the normal operation of a product, that is, its use or safety is affected. In the event of acceptance of the complaint for accidental damage, we choose either to authorize a repair, to organize a replacement (at our discretion) or to pay the cost associated with replacement.

How is it better than the basic guarantee ?

Samsung Care+ For Business offers repair/replacement services for all accidental damage due to handling, as well as for power and mechanical failures or dysfunctions covered by warranty. The troubleshooting service is an extension of the Samsung warranty and is only available for packages with commitment of 24 or 36 months.
