In the case of repairs carried out directly by Apple, use our “obtain an estimate” tool to obtain an estimate of the cost of the repair. The prices indicated here concern screen repairs only. If your iPhone must be subject to other repairs, you will need to pay additional costs. If you call on other service centers, ask them for a quote because they set their own prices.

The Apple limited warranty covers your iPhone and the Apple accessories provided in the box of your product against manufacturing defects for one year from their date of purchase. Apple accessories purchased separately are covered by the Apple limited warranty for accessories. This includes adapters, spare cables, wireless chargers or cases.

Our guarantee is added to the rights provided for by the law on consumer protection.

If your problem is not covered, costs will be billed to you. If the problem you encounter with your iPhone is not eligible for the service, you may have to pay all the replacement value.

Our repair, including replacement parts, is guaranteed for 90 days or until the end of your Apple warranty, the longest period being retained. This is added to your rights provided for by the Consumer Protection Act.

The replacement equipment that Apple provides within the framework of the repair or replacement service may contain new or previous Apple or previous spare parts that have been tested and meet the functional requirements of Apple functional.
