Recovery procedure
No, the costs of sending your old device are borne by our partner EVOLLIS. You will find upon receipt of your new product a bubble envelope included in the package, allowing you to send us your old device. Print and glue the prepaid send label that you will have received by email from La Poste on your bubble envelope. Then insert into the labeled bubble envelope:
– The certificate on printed and signed honor (received in the email of confirmation of the recovery request)
– The photocopy of your identity document (identity card, passport or residence permit)
– Your old device
Finally, send the well -closed bubble envelope to our partner Evollis within 7 calendar days.
If you send your old device without joining your certificate on signed honor or photocopy of your identity document, the recovery process cannot take place in accordance with the general recovery conditions. The recovery service will be canceled and your old device will then be returned to you.
If you return a device model other than the one you declared during the recovery process on the Samsung Shop, the recovery process cannot take place in accordance with the general recovery conditions. The recovery service will be canceled and your old device will then be returned to you.
The accessories sent will not be the subject of any recovery value and will not be returned.
Resumption of your old device
For the purchase of an eligible Samsung product and the resumption of your old device by our partner Evollis, an immediate discount will be applied to your basket. This discount will correspond to the estimated recovery amount of your old device.
For the rental of an eligible Samsung smartphone and the recovery of your old device, an amount will be paid to you deferred by our partner Evollis at the end of the legal withdrawal period. This discount will correspond to the recovery amount of your old device, Samsung recovery bonus included if necessary. The recovery service of your old device with immediate or delayed discount being conditioned on the purchase or rental of an eligible product, it is therefore not possible to access the recovery service of your old device independently.
The recovery service of your old device is available for any purchase of a new product belonging to the Galaxy S, Galaxy Z, Galaxy Note, Tab S and Galaxy Watch range or for any subscription to the rental UP2You rental service The Galaxy S, Galaxy Z and Galaxy Note range, subject to available stocks.
