What to say except that it is a top app! I moved a few years ago in a small village certainly near a big city but for which generalists are more than loaded and some no longer taking new patients.
It was sometimes hard to get an appointment the delay being at least two weeks! I had to do with it until the launch of this kind of applications. And there no need to have to wait for weeks! Whether it is for my children at the bottom or I appointment even during the day competent doctors I can only recommend.
And when the doctor thinks that auscultation is necessary the patient is warned upstream.
Not to mention the advance of the costs by Qare for generalists etc.
Customer service is also very responsive if necessary. I no longer count my consultations and I am not hypochondriac! But being able to consult as soon as necessary it makes life easier! Bravo

Really very practical!

I really recommend it is a great application what happiness to have an emergency doctor for a holiday or a weekend, I had a pediatrician for my son in the weekend that avoids going to go clutter the emergencies to make my son undergo the wait (you know what it is. ��) Especially for an angina of fever and impetigo .
The house what could be better as a waiting room ��.
In addition, I had my prescription on my app after consultation you go directly to the guard pharmacy and hop it prints it directly c you great .
Doctors are very serious they even attach a consultation report to your attending physician in short, bravo to the designer and the team who have set up this system because with children and working all week it is a sacred spare wheel ����

We really needed such a service, exemplary. For my daughter’s broken thumb, her departure in green class, order renewal, general practitioners and many specialists ! (I will keep the same general practitioner if possible)
All this taken care of by the security, that the people ask ?! It could unclog emergencies or SOS doctor.
The management of the site is perfect, I was in contact with two people who answered my questions very precisely and quickly. The application works perfectly, if there is a delay you are warned, by phone !
Then you have to be reasonable, these doctors do not know you and cannot examine you.
