Everything was walking nickel until yesterday where I discovered that my subscription was terminated and that I had an unpaid .

Surprised, I realize that my CB arrives at an expiration, so I tell my new bank details of my new blue card and I immediately settle the unpaid as requested on my customer area.

However, my subscription is terminated, telephone customer service tells me that my subscription is still running and that it will be active tomorrow, and that I remain on the private sale offer.

Unfortunately nothing today, resloning subscription, I have a link to reactivate it, and that I am on an aoffre at 9.90 for a month then 29.90 then.

I just called CANAL customer service again, here I am told that my subscription is no longer active, that I must make them a Courier en ACR to justify the honor of my offer via sale And they are even incapable of telling me where my payment from yesterday via CB to regularize my bank details .

In short, I find it scandalous on the part of Canal +, they are even incompanible to provide me with my supporting documents for preceding peaments and tell me that the type of contract which I refer does not exist at home .

Since September 2019 I had benefited from a MyCanal subscription at € 10.90/month “for life”. On October 1, 2022 I received several emails emanating from Canal+ indicating that I had asked to have my subscription evolved. My subscription thus found it at € 45.49/month ! After 4 calls for customer service to tell them that I had not asked to modify my subscription and to have them put my subscription back as before, the person on the phone purely and simply terminated my subscription (without asking for my consent), telling myself that there was nothing else to do and inviting me, if I wanted to subscribe to a new subscription (at full price of course). I think Canal tries to get rid of “life” subscriptions, and this by all possible means, including the most doubtful.
I am not a law specialist but that doesn’t really seem to me to be legal .
I do not know if a criminal appeal can be initiated; Not to find my subscription (because I no longer want to hear about the channel) but in principle; If a collective appeal is possible, I would be the 1st to participate in it. I specify that I was subscribed to Canal for more than 25 years via different formulas but I will not be taken; It should not be surprised that people are tempted by hacking when you see how their subscribers are treated .
