PlayStation®5 console

PS Plus subscription is a P -subscription.

Your PS5 ™ console detects your TV settings and automatically selects the best available resolution. You can change your resolution from the video output settings of the PS5 console.

Access Settings >Screen and video.
Select Video output.

In this menu, you can consult the Video output information or modify your video output settings.

Turn off your PS5 console. Then disconnect all the cables and peripherals from your PS5 console. Wait for a few minutes that your PS5 console cools.

Select the speed with which a character is repeated when you hold the corresponding key.

Access Settings >Accessories.

Select the pointer movement speed.

Captures and broadcasts

Press the creation button for your controller to open the creation menu.
Select one of the following options to capture or share your game sequence.

A) Recently created
Select the preview to open the recently created card. You can view your 15 most recent video screenshots and video clips.

B) Capture methods
Save the recent game, take a screenshot, start a new recording.

C) Diffusion
Directly access a broadcast from the creation menu.

D) screen sharing
Distribute your game sequences for members of your party.

E) Capture options
Change the format and resolution of your screenshots and video clips. You can include the sound of your microphone as well as that of the vocal chat. If you have a compatible TV, you can also activate the 4K recording.

Press the creation key, then select Diffusion.
Select the streaming service you want to use.
Enter your information for broadcasting.
If you want to include the video stream of your camera or the audio flow of your party, select Diffusion options, Then personalize your broadcast.
When you are satisfied, select Live So that your broadcast begins.
The distribution card appears in the control center.

Use the function Screen sharing So that other party players can see your game session in real time, as if you were in the same room.
With the function Sharing game, Your game screen appears on another player’s screen. You can play together at the same game, regardless of its owner.
To launch the sharing game function, you must be subscribed to PlayStation®Plus.

Manage storage

You can transfer (copy) data from a PlayStation®4 console or another PlayStation®5 console to your PS5 ™ console.
