PlayStation ™ Store cancellation policy
Your right of cancellation and reimbursement depends on the type of product you bought on PlayStation ™ Store:
- Games, game extensions, seasonal pass, consumables in the game and PlayStation® Video titles
- Pre -order
- Promotional group offers of the type “3 for the price of 2”
- Subscription services
- Drivests supplies
- Online ID change
- Purchases made outside of PlayStation ™ Store
- How to request a refund
In addition to the rights set out below, you can benefit from other cancellation and reimbursement rights according to the laws in force; This policy does not limit your rights to local law.
Games, game extensions, seasonal pass, consumables in the game and PlayStation ™ Video titles
You can cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days of the date of purchase and receive a refund in your PSN wallet, provided you have not started to download or read it continuously.
The digital content that you have started to download or that you have started to read continuously and the consumables in the game delivered are not eligible for a refund, unless the content is defective.
You can cancel your purchase of a seasonal pass within 14 days of the date of purchase and receive a refund in your PSN wallet, provided you have not started to download the digital content included ( p. ex., game extensions) in the pass or read it continuously.
If you buy consumables in the game on PlayStation ™ Store, they will be delivered to you the next time you will launch the game; In the meantime, you can cancel purchases within 14 days of the transaction. If you buy consumables in the game while you play, they will be delivered to you immediately; You will therefore not be able to cancel this purchase. Consumables in the game are elements such as virtual currencies (p. ex., FIFA or GTA Cash sets), improvements and other elements decreasing during a game.
Pre -order
You can cancel a pre-order digital content at any time before its release date and receive a refund in your PSN wallet. If the release date has passed, you can still change your mind and request a refund in your wallet within 14 days of payment of the pre-order, provided you have not started to download the content to your device or read it continuously.
If you have started to download the main part of the order, you will not be able to request refund. Please keep in mind that downloads can be triggered automatically if the automatic download option is activated in your system settings. To deactivate the automatic download option, go to [Settings]> [System]> [Automatic downloads] and deactivate the box with regard to “Application Update Files”.
If you have not yet started downloading the main product and your order included additional content immediately accessible, this content will stop working if you cancel your pre-order and you will receive a refund in your PSN wallet. If no additional content was included, you will receive a refund on the payment method you have used, as far as possible*.
*We cannot do it with certain payment methods. In these cases, the refund will be sent to your PSN wallet.
You can benefit from additional reimbursement rights according to local law in force if the release date is modified; The information above and below do not limit these rights in the light of local law.
Promotional offers
You can cancel your purchase of a promotional group offer (p. ex., 3 games for the price of 2) within 14 days of the date of the transaction and receive refund in your PSN wallet, provided that you have not started to download the group offer or read it continuously.
Subscription services
PlayStation Plus, PlayStation Now and Spotify Premium
You can cancel your purchase of a PlayStation Plus subscription, to PlayStation NOW or the Spotify Premium service and request a refund in your PSN wallet within 14 days of the initial transaction date, even after having started using the subscription. Refund can be reduced to pro-rata to reflect the use you have made of the service. This can result in two transactions in your account history of your account: a refund in your wallet for the total amount initially set, then a speed for the period of use of the service.
If you enjoy a free trial when you register at a service, the 14 -day cancellation period starts the day we accept your order for the free trial, and the duration of this free trial will be included in the period 14 days. For example, if you register for a free 7-day trial and your wallet is debited from the subscription at the end of the test, you will have 7 days after the speed on your wallet to cancel.
Note: When you buy a PlayStation Plus subscription service, PlayStation Now or Spotify Premium, you accept a continuous periodic billing (p. ex., annual). You can stop payments at any time by deactivating the [Automatic renewal] option (click here to get more information) but, after the 14 -day initial cancellation period, you will not receive refund for payments already made. If you deactivate the [automatic renewal] option, your subscription will continue until the date of the next payment, when it will stop.
PlayStation seen*
You can cancel your PlayStation subscription seen at any time, but the payments already made are not refundable, unless otherwise provided for the law. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will come into force at the end of the current subscription period. To cancel: on the PS4 ™ and PS3 ™ consoles and on Amazon Fire TV devices, access [Settings] in the PS Viewed application, select “Subscription”, then click on “Dischable”; On Android mobile devices or in a web browser, select “Manage the subscription” (possibly in a settings menu) and scroll the page to “Cancel the subscription” and click it (possibly under a title “Subscription summary”); Otherwise, call the +1-877-883-7669. If you cancel a multiple channel subscription, your subscription to an additional channel will be canceled.

Disapproduction of the wallet
You cannot cancel the PSN wallet supply. Funds added to the wallet are not refundable.
Online ID change
You cannot cancel or obtain a refund for your purchase of an online ID change.
Purchases made outside of PlayStation ™ Store
We do not offer a refund for purchases made outside of PlayStation ™ Store, such as download codes for PlayStation®Plus and certain games.

PlayStation Plus: how to cancel your subscription ?

From a PS5

- Select Users and accounts.
- Select Account> Payment and subscriptions> Subscriptions> PlayStation Plus.
- Press on Unsubscribe.
From a PS4
- In the menu bar, select the icon PlayStation Plus.
- Go to Manage the subscription, then in Subscription.
- Click on Unsubscribe.
The subscription will be inactive on the date of the usual next deadline.
How to get reimbursed for your PlayStation Plus subscription ?
You have taken a subscription by mistake or are no longer sure you want to take advantage of the service ? You have up to 14 days after the initial transaction date to cancel the subscription. And this, even if you started using it. You will be reimbursed in proportion to days spent using it.
If you have benefited from a free 7 or 14 -day trial period, the termination period starts at the end of the trial.
Unsubscribe by other means

What become of your library games ?
If you unsubscribe from PlayStation Plus, all the games you added for free to your library each month become inactive. You will have to buy them in the PlayStation Store to take advantage of them.
The games you bought by taking advantage of the PlayStation Plus discounts, however, remain your property as well as the avatars and sets recovered as part of the subscription.
Can you still enjoy the advantages ?
With the termination of your PlayStation Plus subscription, you also lose all of the advantages (games, but also put back on certain blind games, online storage, online multiplayer, packs offered, etc.)).
Rebuilding the PlayStation more
If you decide to finally re-use yourself before the deadline of the next month that would have been taken, just return to the above space from your console or online and click on Reactivate the subscription.
