1. Autonomy
1. Autonomy
The great capacity of the battery of the Audi Q8 e-tron gives it high autonomy. For example, the Audi Q8 55 e-tron Quattro has a high voltage battery with a maximum capacity of 114 kWh. It can thus travel up to 600 kilometers with a single battery load (according to WLTP).
When the battery level level is low, it is possible to exploit an additional autonomy potential by activating the Range mode in the MMI. Range mode limits maximum speed to 90 km/h and reduces comfort functions such as automatic air conditioning or deactivates the seat heating.

2. Rapid recharge
2. Rapid recharge
Thanks to a maximum charging power of 170 kW, the Audi Q8 e-tron can now be recharged even more quickly at high power charging stations. For the Audi Q8 55 E-Tron Quattro and the Audi SQ8 E-Tron, this means a recharge of the traction battery from 10 to 80 % in 31 minutesback¹. The stable charging curve, with high power on a wide range of the charging process, also reduces the stoppage time spent at the charging station.
The E-tron route calculator allows you to integrate stops for recharge into the journey so as to effectively use the recharged power. The E-tron route calculator is part of the Audi Connect navigation and infotainment system (availability depending on the country).

¹The battery recharge duration may vary depending on different factors such as ambient temperature, the use of other connectors specific to the country and the use of the preconditioning function (for example, remote air conditioning of the vehicle or the use of the E-tron route calculator). When using domestic sockets, the charging power is limited by the e-tron charging system.

2023 Audi Q8 e-tron: Increased Performance and Longer Range
Audi introduced the e-tron quattro back in 2018. It later added a cut-like sportback body style and a three-word s varying. As a result, the e-tron quattro has become the best-selling electric crossover in Europe, while global Sales now Exced 150,000 units.
For the 2023 Model Year, A Mid-Cycle Refresh is in order. And Along with it come a name Change. Say hello to the all-new q8 e-tron.

In Canada, The Vehicle Will Once Again Be Aviet Available in Classic and Sportback Body Styles, As Well as Two Different Models-The Base Q8 E-Tron and the Sports Sq8 e-tron.
Enhanced Driving Dynamics
The Performance-Oriented SQ8 E-Tron Features Three Electric Motors. The First One Drives The Front Axle, While The Other Two Drive The Rear Wheels Separately, Thus Enabling Rear Torque Vectoring.
The SQ8 E-Tron Showed Great Confidence and Agility on Mountain Roads Thanks to Precise Steering with a Quicker Ratio Than the Previous Model. Audi Engineers Have also Revised the Suspension to Mitigate Nosedive When Braking and Body Roll when Cornering.
From a dynamic standpoint, the sq8 e-tron makes a loanty convincing statement. The Combined 496 Horsepower and 717 LB-FT. of peak torque offset its heavy weight. Consider this: 0-100 km/h sprints are Achieved in Just 4.5 seconds.
The Dual-Motor Q8 55 e-tron, Meanwhile, Delivers 402 Horsepower and 489 LB-FT. of Torque, Accelerating to Triple-Digit Speeds in 5.6 seconds. The Asynchronous Motor Driving the Rear Wheels has been enhanced. It now has 14 Electromagnetic Coils Instead of 12, Resulting in A Stronger Magnetic Field for Increased Torque. Energy Consumption, Surprisingly, is Said to Be Unchanged. Locat of the Model, Ride Quality and Noise Insulation Are Impressive.
Cleaner Looks
A Point of Emphasis for Audi in the Development of the New Q8 E-Tron and SQ8 E-Tron was Maximizing Aerodynamics-right down to the smalllest details like the logos on the front grille and rear hatch, which now have a flat, 2d design. And for the first time, the brand and model name appear on the b-pillars.
Similar to Other Products from Audi, the interior of the q8 e-tron models features a fully digital instrument cluster Along with 10.1- and 8.6-Inch Displays on the center stack for infotainment, hvac and other vehicle functions. Material Selection, Fit and Finish Are Top-Notch.

Pricing and Availability
The 2023 Audi Q8 55 E-Tron will go on Sale in the Second Quarter of 2023, followed by the sq8 e-tron at a later date. Pricing details will be shared closer to launch. We don’t Expect the base msrps to include that much. Right Now, they stand at $ 86,900 and $ 109,300, respective.
So there you have it. Audi has finully added the biggest shortcoming of the old e-tron quattro by improving rage while also enhancing Driving Dynamics.

Battery and autonomy
The large Audi electric SUV is available with two different batteries. THE Q8 e-tron 50 Embark a 95 kWh max battery (89 kWh useful) which gives it maximum autonomy ranging from 491 to 505 km depending on the body, with an advantage for the Sportback version. THE Q8 e-tron 55 And Sq8 As for them have the largest battery with a maximum storage capacity of 114 kWh gross (106 kWh usable). Versions 55 display between 582 and 600 km of autonomy while sports versions are capable of traveling between 494 and 513 km according to the WLTP cycle, always with the SportBack version with better results due to its improved aerodynamics.
On the refueling side, the small battery is capable of collecting up to 150 kW in charge fast while the big one can accept up to 170 kW. For recharging by alternating current, by default the electric SUV will be able to support a load up to 11 kW with an optional clearing up to 22 kW.
