What are the subscription conditions for my offer ?

The Orange House Protected Home has a one -year commitment duration from the date of subscription to the offer. The installation is fully included in your subscription. The equipment is for rent. You only set the monthly subscription.

You can terminate your offer at any time with costs of € 50, with the exception of termination for legitimate reasons. In the event of termination before the end of the commitment period, the remaining monthly payments are due (excluding legitimate reason). The amount remaining due excludes any discounts. You will have to dismantle and return all the equipment for free by following the procedure provided to you in the event of termination. Otherwise, fees (equivalent to the value of the equipment) will be invoiced for non-return to the equipment.

Why does Orange do not offer me a quote at home ?

You do not need a price quote, our offer being understood all, you know before your subscription how many equipment (detectors, badges. ) are included in your offer.
