Orange increases its rates for Livebox

In February, fiber subscriptions had already increased by 1 to 2 euros for the first year of subscription. Two months later, the new subscribers are affected by this new increase.

Orange justifies this increase by another increase, that of operating costs, themselves caused by the outbreak of energy prices. From now on, the Livebox offer (500 Mbits) is 24.99 euros per month for 12 months then 42.99 euros, an increase of € 1 per first and second year. The livebox up (2 Gbit/s shared) subscription also increases by 1 euro to reach 32.99 euros per month for a year then 50.99 euros the second year.

Same thing for the Livebox Max (2 Gbit/s, WiFi 6e), which undergoes the same increase of 1 euro, reaching 37.99 euros per month the first year then 55.99 euros per second. The price of the Sosh Fiber box, a low cost subsidiary of the group, also sees its price increasing by 1 euro, going to 20.99 euros per month the first year and then to 30.99 euros the following year.
