What speed is offered as part of this offer, is it a guaranteed flow ?

The download flow starts at 20 Mbps and reaches 200 Mbps depending on the offer, the download volume is unlimited. There is no minimal speed guaranteed, however, Orange has dimensioned its network in order to offer you maximum comfort of each connection.

Does Orange take care of making the internet available in all the bedrooms in my house ?

The installation technician will tell you the point of fall in Orange optical fiber according to the architecture and the technical constraints of your accommodation. Connection equipment must be installed according to this fall point. Our wifi router provides good coverage. Orange is not responsible for your internal wiring and cannot support the work to carry out and/or repair this wiring. Orange also offers WiFi repeaters to boost your signal, available in one of our points of sale.

What should I do if I already have orange fiber at home and I want the new Livebox Fiber router ?

If you want to replace your current fiber router with the new Livebox Fiber 6 router, you can go to Orange Agency. Your Commercial Advisor will inform you of commercial terms and then give you your new WiFi 6 router. It will be activated immediately in agency and you can quickly install it in a few minutes at home.

To help you, there is a video to attend the installation, as well as the Ma Livebox application which allows you to control your livebox.

What should I do to go from one offer to another ?

If you are already an orange customer and you want to change your fiber offer, nothing more simple. You have the choice between three options, opt for the one that suits you best and enjoy a speed more suited to your needs:

• Option 1: Connect to your Orange and me customer area and change your offer yourself without traveling.
• Option 2: Go to the nearest Orange store, our agents will support your request.
• Option 3: Contact our Customer Relationship Center on 05 20 121 121

The change of offer will not be billed to you.

As a reminder, only one change is authorized by invoicing cycle.

I also wish a fixed telephone set. How to do ?

Orange provides a fixed telephone set for free with 100 and 200 mega subscriptions.

For 20 and 50 mega subscriptions, it is possible to get a fixed phone in one of our points of sale, at 199 DH.

My accommodation is large and the wifi does not cover all the parts. What to do ?
