Orange confirms an increase in all of its mobile and internet packages

Faced with increasing operating costs, the operator plans to increase the price of all of its offers. Increases of one to two euros are expected in 2023.

Orange customers have received emails with a future price increase in their package. With Tech & Co, the French operator has confirmed its intention to increase its offers by one to two euros. More than 15 million people are affected and will be informed at least one month before applying new prices.

Sosh offers concerned

The company indicates that its operating costs explode. Faced with the prices of energy, exploitation, materials, Orange had made its back round. The increase in customer bills has so far been justified by additional services, via communication time or more navigation data.

But today, the operator must review his prices upwards, including for his Sosh offers. He nevertheless assures that repercussions with consumers does not constitute the entire increase in operating costs.

An increase scheduled in March and April

Depending on the packages, it will take one or two additional euros per invoice. This increase will be effective in March 2023 for 3 million customers, and in April 2023 for 12.5 million others.
