We will provide you with the instructions allowing you to take advantage of the Trade-In program. You will receive a prepaid label to send us the watch you want to exchange. Each watch and accessory of the Trade-In program will be dismantled in order to separate reusable materials and manage any waste in accordance with environmental standards.

When should I send my watch to benefit from the online trade-in-in-in-the-line program ?
To benefit from the Trade-In program, you must request our Customer Care team within thirty days of your online purchase. Then, the customer care team will provide you with the instructions on how to return the watch you want to exchange.
Remember that once we have confirmed the eligibility of your watch upon receipt and we have completed the Trade-In process, you transfer the property. We will no longer be able to return a watch once the Trade-In procedure is completed.

My old connected watch no longer works, can I still benefit from the Trade-In program ?
Yes, if your watch no longer works, you can also benefit from the Trade-In program. The watch will then be disassembled in compliance with environmental standards.

Can I benefit from the Trade-In program using a financing plan as a means of payment ?
No, for the moment, it is not possible to use the method of payment of a financing plan with the trade-in-in.
