Scandalous latencies

Having a premium subscription therefore paying 10 euros per month at Molotov, I find it unadmissible not to be able to watch a film entirely without undergoing incessant jerks and this continuously. Random operation

I have been using Molotov Premium since… 2020

First of all, two stars for the 2 years or it worked correctly. But in 2023, it’s 0.
I have been using Molotov Premium for a few years on an Apple TV 4K following an installation in Portugal. At first it was perfect, and it is true that it was much more flexible than standard TV. But for a few months, it’s unbearable! Black screen, shift your image, disconnect. Thinking to have a network bp (home fiber 30MB) I look in the same BFM, arte or cnn conditions from another app: perfect.
In any case, on the phone in 5g, I have the same problem. I followed the Molotov indications to settle this concerns, uninstall/reinstall: nothing helps.
I am looking for an alternative to this app.

No return of customer service when I can no longer have my premium privileges. We will have to look for an alternative. Too bad, the idea was good but difficult to retain when you despise your customers.

More expensive and less good.

Since Molotov has increased its prices, videos plant more and more often. Before I had this problem only with my smart TV, but now also on the app on my mac.

If you contact the assistance the only answer it is: your internet speed is bad, or I have a 2GB fiber subscription and a vdsl quality vdsl subscription for all other streaming.

I think I will end up abandon Molotov if they do not solve their problems in the coming days.

Molotov app for Android TV on TV

Excellent application on Apple but not the version on my Sony TV. When reading a recording the plant plants and the cursor returns at the beginning; It’s very annoying I tried to empty the cache memory of my TV.
It fills up over time and that makes the Molotov app plant.
It works for me and if it can be used for another person.
