Why not Germany as a country to migration to? Germany Needs 1.5 million Migrants Every Year! Here are the top out of the way why not to migrate according to der Spiegel: 1) Language Yes, the Language is an outcome. Too much companies have not made the transition and german is the only language. Energy Robotics We Choose in AS Primary Language. This sounds Easier then done since certain legal documents need to be “back ported” to German. 2) Not Enough Financial Support Agree. High taxes are not an easy sell. Great Social Benefits are not so attractive to Young and Health Well-Educated Migrants. 3) + 4) + 5) Visa (something) since 20 years i am building companies and teams in Germany and it was always tiesome to get a visa for employed. Goal, it was never so bad as it is now. Germany is stuck in overburded bureaucracy to the point that it is repelling well-euducated young talent. The Tesla Bot, also called Optimus, is not yet ready to replace us. But its movement capacities and its agility improve, as confirmed by the company during the Roundup 2023 cyber.

On the occasion of the Roundup 2023 cyber, Tesla’s event dedicated to shareholders, Elon Musk gave news from Optimus, or Tesla Bot, her humanoid robot. The robot is now capable of walking, and performing some simple tasks.
His approach is not yet assured, recalling the one we borrow when I got back late evening and trying as best they can not to wake up the whole home. Engineers also show us the progress of optimus in terms of environmental discovery and memorization, improving the engine torque making it more subtle in its movements, as well as its capacities to grasp and move objects. So many tasks for which this Tesla Bot is entitled to training assisted by humans.
These robots concocted by Tesla have been mentioned since 2021, but the presentation of these, in October 2022 during the Tesla Ai Day, was more noisy, the announcement having occurred just after the launch of the generative AI, and in particular of Chatgpt. Tesla aims to create a versatile, biped and autonomous humanoid robot, capable of performing dangerous, repetitive or boring tasks. And, why not help or even replace workers in Tesla factories in the coming years.

Tesla Optimus: The humanoid robot can now work and move objects
Tesla’s humanoid robots, known as Tesla Optimus, have made a big step forward in their development, as shown in a new video presented by Elon Musk at the meeting of the shareholders of the company.
Elon Musk has just completed his annual meeting of the shareholders of the company, during which the billionaire revealed a lot of information about the company, and notably detailed The advances that the teams worked on Optimus had done, The humanoid robot.
During the AI day organized by Tesla last year, the initial version of the Tesla robot had been revealed, but it only managed to walk slowly and was not able to do any manual work manual. Thanks to their ability to recognize and manipulate objects, these robots could revolutionize sectors such as manufacturing, storage and logistics, by improving efficiency and productivity. Elon Musk intends to make his robots one of the flagship products of his company, and make them affordable enough so that they can be bought by millions around the world.
