To respond to growing internet traffic flows that saturate WiFi, especially during peak hours, Livebox 5 incorporates smart WiFi technology.
This technology automatically selects the best frequency and the best Livebox 5 channel.

The Livebox 5 can distribute up to 2 shared Gbit/s descending flow (within the limit of 1 Gbit/s per equipment) and up. For example, when a PC or a game console connected in ethernet consume 1 Gbit/s, there are still 1 Gbit/s to be shared in wifi between all other equipment.
