LDLC OK but Lenovo failure to unpacking

As indicated in the title no worries with LDLC.
On the other hand the Lenovo does not take the charge. Immediately after unpacking, loaded with his large charger of 400W, he indicates that the charger voltage is not good 🙁 I told myself that it is because the battery was new and discharged but that.
Barely time to finish the customization of the installation of Windows the PC is off. no more battery. Now it lights up the message on the charger voltage which is not good and turns off.
In agreement with the LDLC after -sales service, I asserted my right of withdrawal.
Back to LDLC and expectation of refund.
Suddenly I have recruited one in my local LDLC store and I will try it with them before paying the balance . in case !
No bowl, especially for a gift for the 18 years of my son !

Returned product. Surely powerful enough, but unfortunately receive a new PC which in 2 load cycles with a low brightness never announces more than 2h15 of autonomy without launching a game (just installation software / web navigation etc..)). After calling the LDLC after -sales service and Lenovo support on the LDLC technician, I decided to return the product to change the model.

2h15 of autonomy on a new laptop PC, I imagine that it becomes fixed after a year.

After -sales service and ldlc as usual at the top otherwise.

Is it possible to add storage whether via HDD or SSD (M.2) ?
If possible what type of interface is available ? (M.2, Sata)
