How is the installation of the connection ?

Following the validation of your online order for a fiber offer or in the case of a new ADSL (or VDSL) line construction, you will be remembered in the following days by one of our advisers to make an appointment -You with a technician at your office or at your home. This installation is free. Your equipment will continue to operate normally – Bouygues Telecom cannot however guarantee compatibility with 100% of equipment.
• – You subscribe to a bbox offer with fiber: with fiber, the T -plug in T disappears in favor of a more modern and reliable connection. Most modern equipment is compatible with fiber, and if you have less recent equipment, which are based solely on telephone socket, substitute solutions exist (fax by email, spouse by email, etc.)). Contact your usual suppliers to provide you with a recent compatible terminal (your bank for TPE, your video surveillance supplier, etc.)).

My services (internet or phone) will they be interrupted by choosing Bouygues Telecom as my new operator ?
