How to know if its SFR package works internationally ?
To find out the international destinations included in your SFR package, go to your customer area, Offer section, International section. If the country to which you wish to issue or receive calls is not included in your package, you can subscribe to one of the stay packs valid for major destinations in the world.
I have an SFR package, do I pay if I am called from abroad ?
When you are in France, the reception of call is free, whether your correspondent is in France or abroad.
When you are abroad, the cost of calls received varies according to the countries of broadcast: as soon as you arrive abroad, SFR informs you via SMS of your basic prices.
From the European Union/DOM, calls and SMS received are free.
The reception of SMS from abroad is free.

How to monitor my consumption from abroad ?
You can monitor your consumption from abroad in your SFR customer area or with the SFR & me application, in the “Info Conso” section.
However, when you are abroad, SFR cannot always know in real time your voice and SMS uses and a gap of 48 to 72 hours can be found between your real consumption and that announced by the consumption info.
Also, don’t forget to activate the Alerting Internet option with blocking: you will then receive SMS concerning your Internet consumption from abroad.
In the event of a non -package, your Internet uses will be blocked, but you can unlock them by responding by SMS, or from your SFR customer area.
Can I surf the Internet from abroad ? How much will it cost me ?
You can surf the internet from abroad if you have not subscribed to a blocking option, and you have activated SFR Monde, international counter or SFR Voyage. You are then billed according to your consumption volume according to the option held. Note that mobile internet connections from the European Union/DOM are already included in your package according to the conditions of your offer.
You can also subscribe to a stay pack allowing voice, sms and internet data uses valid in other countries.
On the other hand, if you have a blocking option, a blocked package or an SFR offer the card, you cannot surf the internet when you are abroad.
What should I do to be able to use my package or my SFR offer the card from abroad ?
To use SFR services from abroad, you must have one of these free options: SFR Monde, International or SFR Voyage – Communicate from abroad.

I travel to a country of the European Union or DOM, are my uses understood in my package ?
From the European Union and the French overseas departments, you can make calls, send SMS and MMS to mainland France and the European Union/DOM without additional cost, subject to reasonable use of your package and within the limits of hours included in your package.
You can surf the Internet from the European Union and the DOM without additional cost, depending on the conditions of your offer (excluding packages with blocking option and the card offers).
Note: To use SFR services from abroad, you must have one of these free options (SFR Monde, International counter or SFR Voyage – Communicate from abroad).
