MyCanal only exists on the Freebox Mini 4K (which is on Android TV). It is available on the Play Store.
On the other Freebox, there is only activation as a decoder (via an offer with commitment) which is possible.

Recently, Free subscribers who have the TV by Canal option in their subscriptions could not connect. The connection mode has changed and it is necessary to recreate an account to access this offer.
If you have a Freebox offer incorporating the TV by Canal option, your MyCanal connection mode has evolved. While we had to go to the page or the application of MyCanal so far then to say that we were connected with a Free Account, we will now have to create an account, as indicated by channel assistance+.
To do this, you have to go to the MyCanal connection page then click on “Create an account”, a box at the bottom of the MyCanal account page.
After clicking on this button, you will have to click on the “TV by Canal” button which will appear on the next screen. You will then be brought to the Free connection page where you will have to enter your Freebox identifiers then click on “Connect”. For the next uses, the connection will then be automatically.
